Frequently asked questions.
Where does WarmyNest ship from, and how long does delivery take?
All orders ship from our own showroom in Melbourne, Victoria. Once your payment clears, we pack and hand your order to Australia Post within 1–3 business days. This is our dispatch time, not the delivery time. From there, Australia Post handles transit: metro orders typically arrive within a few business days, with regional and remote areas taking a little longer. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
It depends on what’s in your order: our two ranges are charged separately.
- Bathware: free on Australian orders over $70 AUD. Under $70, a flat $9.95 applies.
- Ottoman: a flat $25 AUD per ottoman, anywhere in Australia.
If your order includes both, each range is worked out on its own and the two are added together. We ship within Australia only. Prefer to collect? Free pickup is available from our Melbourne showroom. Your exact shipping is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Are your prices GST-inclusive?
Yes. WarmyNest is GST-registered, and all prices shown include GST. Your tax invoice is sent with your order confirmation.
What's your returns policy?
We accept returns on unused items in original condition within the window set out in our Refund Policy. Email support@warmynest.com.au first and we'll walk you through it. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes. Our Melbourne showroom is at 17 Logistic Court, Huntingdale VIC 3166. Visits are by appointment. Email sales@warmynest.com.au to book a time and walk through the pieces in person.
What are your pieces made of?
We work in three materials: kiln-fired ceramic, cast resin, and cement-terrazzo. Each product page lists its material. Ceramic offers a hard glazed surface that wipes clean; resin is lighter and impact-resistant; cement-terrazzo brings the weight and natural speckle of real stone. There's more on our Materials page.
How do I clean and care for my pieces?
Most pieces need only a damp cloth and a dry one. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh acids. Cement and terrazzo pieces benefit from resealing once or twice a year. Full instructions by material are on our Care page.
What's the difference between ceramic, resin and concrete?
They behave differently. Ceramic resists soap residue and limescale and is easiest to wipe clean. Resin is lighter and more impact-resistant, which suits shared bathrooms. Cement and terrazzo deliver a heavier, sculptural look with natural mineral texture, but need periodic sealing. WarmyNest stocks all three so you can match the material to the room.
Should I buy a bundle or single pieces?
Both work. Bundles are matched sets designed to sit together across a vanity, convenient if you're setting up a bathroom from scratch, and priced below buying the same pieces one at a time. Single pieces let you add to what you already own or replace one item. Mixing materials across a set is fine; we design them to read as a family.
Where are WarmyNest products made?
WarmyNest is an Australian-owned brand, owned by Flago Pty Ltd and run from Melbourne, where we hold stock, handle support and ship every order. Our pieces are curated and quality-checked for Australian bathrooms and homes.
What are the ottomans made of?
WarmyNest storage ottomans come in four fabrics: velvet, boucle, chenille and sherpa fur. Each product page lists its fabric. The base sits on natural timber legs, or on a gold iron frame on selected velvet benches. Several styles include a removable wooden tray in a natural timber finish. Flip it over and it becomes a stable surface for drinks, books or a remote.
How do I clean and care for my ottoman?
Spot clean the fabric with a damp cloth and a mild fabric cleaner; test a hidden area first, and don’t machine wash. Brush gently or vacuum to lift dust and keep the pile even. Wipe the wooden tray, timber legs and any metal base with a dry cloth, and don’t soak the timber. Keep the ottoman out of prolonged direct sun to protect the colour. There’s full guidance by fabric on our Care page.
Can I sit on it, and is there storage inside?
Yes. WarmyNest ottomans are made to sit on as an everyday stool or bench, and the seat lifts to reveal storage inside. Several styles include a reversible wooden tray that turns the top into a flat, stable surface. Set-of-2 styles stack to save floor space.
Do your storage ottomans come with a tray?
Most WarmyNest storage ottomans include a reversible top that works as a stable tray for drinks, books and remotes, and lifts off to reveal storage inside. Dimensions and tray details are listed on each product page.
