  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Order and fulfilment data shared with our shipping partner to deliver your order
  • Technical data: device, browser, and usage data via cookies and analytics

How we use it

  • To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders
  • To provide customer support and respond to enquiries
  • To send order updates and, where you've opted in, marketing communications
  • To improve our store and comply with legal obligations

  •  - Advertising and analytics partners (e.g. Meta/Facebook and Google) — to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. We share limited event data such as pages viewed, items added to cart, and purchases, using tools like the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. These partners may match this data to their own users. You can manage ad personalisation in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings.

We don't sell your personal information.
