  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • We try to display accurate product information, colours, and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and product availability at any time without notice.
  • Product images are for illustration; natural materials (e.g. ceramic, stone, fabric) may vary slightly between items.

Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
  • A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the ACL, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the WarmyNest name — is owned by or licensed to Flago Pty Ltd and may not be used without our permission.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
