Shipping Policy
Everything below applies to orders placed on warmynest.com.au. Prices and rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Where we ship
We ship within Australia only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated by product type. Your cart may include both, and each is rated separately (see Combined orders below).
Bath accessories
- Orders of $70 AUD or more (bath accessories subtotal) — free shipping.
- Orders under $70 AUD — a flat $9.95 AUD.
Storage ottomans
- $25 AUD per ottoman, anywhere in Australia. Two ottomans is $50, and so on.
Combined orders
If your order includes both bath accessories and storage ottomans, each type is rated on its own and the two are added together. For example: $50 of bath accessories (under $70) is a flat $9.95, plus one ottoman at $25, for $34.95 total.
Dispatch & delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery time is set by the carrier — the estimate shown at checkout reflects their current estimate for your address. Please use that as your guide.
Local pickup
Pickup is available at no charge from the WarmyNest Showroom, 17 Logistic Court, Huntingdale VIC 3166. Pickup hours are weekdays, 10am–4pm, by appointment. Please wait for our confirmation email before collecting. To arrange a time, email sales@warmynest.com.au.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
